INDUSTRIAL AND LOGISTIC CENTRE Miskolc – LG MAGNA

As part of the LG MAGNA industrial and logistic centre our company will construct 9,000m2 manufacturing site and logistic hall, plus an additional space of 2,500m2 for offices and and social areas, which will be part of phase 1 development of Mechatronic Industrial Park in Miskolc, developed by Infogroup.
The hall will contain an area of 5,800m2 which will be tailored accordings to the special needs of the electronic manufacturing division, the remaining area will be used for warehousing.
Apart of the main building, a gate building, an active-carbon filtering tower, a waste storage with an internal height of 9.5 m, an ADR container, an sprinkler water tank and machinery room required for the operations will be installed.
Our company will also take care of building the utility and the medium voltage power system, the internal roads and parking lots, the green areas and the fences.
